Our Story
Our Story
ACM Remodeling was founded on a simple belief: every homeowner and business deserves a contractor they can actually trust. We started as a small crew focused on quality repairs and remodels, and over the years we've grown into a full-service construction company — but our values haven't changed.
We've built our reputation project by project, earning referrals from neighbors, repeat business from longtime clients, and a track record that speaks for itself. From a leaky roof in Ukiah to a full kitchen renovation in the Bay Area, we bring the same level of care and craftsmanship to every job.
We're not a faceless corporation. When you call ACM, you talk to the people doing the work — and we stand behind every nail, board, and finish we put in place.

Why Choose ACM
What Sets Us Apart
One Contractor, Every Trade
We handle general construction, remodeling, framing, roofing, concrete, electrical, plumbing, excavation, and more — so you never have to juggle multiple subs.
Straight Talk, No Surprises
We give honest estimates, communicate clearly throughout the project, and don't pad invoices. What we quote is what you pay — unless you change the scope.
Emergency Response
Storms, floods, and structural failures don't wait for business hours. Our emergency crew is available when you need us most.
Senior & Accessibility Work
We specialize in modifications that help homeowners age in place safely — grab bars, ramps, widened doorways, and accessible bathrooms.
Local Knowledge
We know Mendocino County and Bay Area building codes, soil conditions, and climate challenges. That local expertise saves time and prevents costly mistakes.
Clean Jobsites
We respect your home. Our crew cleans up daily, protects your belongings, and leaves the site better than we found it.
Service Area
Where We Work
We serve homeowners and businesses throughout Mendocino County — including Ukiah, Willits, Fort Bragg, and Lakeport — as well as the greater Bay Area. Not sure if we cover your area? Give us a call.
